Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Delivery: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the address provided to Ballroom Jewels is undeliverable or the delivery cannot be completed and the items are returned to us, only the items received are refundable. The shipping is not refundable.
Please note! We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your package to arrive.
Shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $250.00 Smaller orders are only $7.50 and all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail so they can be tracked. We will ship your purchase within a few days, if you need it faster, please contact us. Once shipped your beautiful jewelry should arrive within 3-4 days. Please allow extra time during the December holidays when the US Postal Service is much busier.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are unsure of your purchase please use the Re-Do return feature that is automatically added to everyone's cart.
Stock items can be returned within 7 days of receipt and must show no signs of wear. All returns and exchanges must be received within 21 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping is not refundable. Be sure to insure your package, we are not responsible for items lost in shipping. Request a return here.
Custom made items are not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will issue a refund after we receive and inspect your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often several days of processing time after the refund is issued before it is posted to your account. If you've done all of this, it has been more than 15 business days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Admin@BallroomJewels.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. Shipping times vary depending on the location and time of year.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
